Hidden Costs and Contract Terms

Message limits: the 300 SMS and 3,000 email credits are per location per month. The pricing page does not say what happens if you go over, so ask before running large campaigns.
Add-ons: listings management is a separate $40 per location per month, and Review Defense is priced separately (GatherUp).
Contract: the pricing page does not mention a minimum term. GatherUp's Terms of Use say you can end the agreement by closing your account and cancelling your payment method (GatherUp Terms of Use). If you choose annual billing for the 20% discount, confirm the refund terms first.
Over 10 locations: prices for larger tiers are not public; you need to talk to GatherUp.
