Google Review Link Generator

Search your business and get the direct link that opens your Google review form. Paste it into emails, texts and receipts so customers can leave a review in one tap.

Pick your business from the list. Can't find it? Here's how to fix that ·

How to use your Google review link

The fewer steps between a customer and your review form, the more reviews you get. A direct link removes the hardest step: finding your business on Google.

Follow-up emails and texts

Send it within a day of the visit, while the experience is fresh. Need wording? Use the review request message generator.

Receipts and invoices

Add one line to your receipt or invoice footer: "Tell us how we did on Google" with the link.

At the counter

Print it as a QR code so in-person customers can scan it with their phone camera. Use the QR code generator for a ready-to-print table tent.

Email signature and website

A small "Review us on Google" link in your signature and on your contact page keeps working without any effort.

Ask every customer, the same way

Google's review policy doesn't allow businesses to ask only the customers they think are happy, or to discourage negative reviews. It also doesn't allow incentives like discounts in exchange for reviews. The simplest way to stay on the right side of both rules is to make the request part of every visit and send the same link to everyone.

Wondering how many reviews it will take to move your rating? Try the Google review calculator.

How to find your review link without this tool

  1. Sign in to the Google account that manages your Business Profile.
  2. Search for your business name on Google, or open your profile in Google Maps.
  3. Click Ask for reviews (it may also appear as Get more reviews) and copy the short link Google gives you.

Both links open the same review form. The one above works even if you're not signed in to the account that manages the profile.

Frequently asked questions

What is a Google review link?

It's a direct link that opens the "write a review" form for your business on Google. Customers who tap it don't have to search for you on Google Maps first, which makes it much more likely they'll actually leave the review.

Does my Google review link expire?

No. The link is built from your business's Google Place ID, which stays the same unless your listing is removed or merged with another one. If you move or rebrand and Google creates a new listing, generate a new link.

What is a Google Place ID?

A Place ID is the unique identifier Google gives every business listing on Google Maps. Your review link is simply https://search.google.com/local/writereview?placeid= followed by that ID.

Where should I share my review link?

Anywhere a customer is right after a visit: a follow-up email or text, your receipt or invoice footer, your email signature, your booking confirmation, and a printed QR code at the counter. Ask every customer the same way, not only the ones you expect to be happy.

Can I offer customers something for using the link?

No. Google doesn't allow discounts, gifts or other incentives in exchange for reviews. Just make the request simple and polite.

Is this tool really free?

Yes. There's no signup and no limit. If you'd like to see how customers rate their visit and let them send you private feedback too, you can turn it into a free Feedback Guru link.
